Brand Identity & Campaign Design

Blue Ribbons Worldwide partnered with MiraCosta College and CETYS Universidad of Ensensada on a cross-border design initiative to strengthen the organization's visual identity and outreach materials. Working directly with founder Helice "Grandma Sparky" Bridges, our team developed branding and campaign assets to support the nonprofit's global mission of recognition and human connection.

Taking ownership of the brand identity, I proposed a new official logo to mark a new beginning for the organization. I focused on creating a clean, modern mark built around a slanted ribbon symbol paired with a spark icon, representing the "BING!" moment of acknowledging someone's value. I also established the visual direction for the campaign through a poster system that balanced clarity, accessibility, and brand consistency.

My poster design was selected as the creative benchmark for the project, becoming the visual standard the rest of the class followed when producing print and social media materials. The resulting identity system helped unify the campaign across multiple touch points while providing the organization with a stronger, more recognizable visual presence.
